DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

• Memastikan produk sesuai dengan SOP yang sudah diterapkan
• Dapat menghitung COGS / HPP (Harga Pokok Penjualan)
• Melakukan analisa bulanan dalam hal waste control
• Mengevaluasi menu setiap bulan
• Dapat melakukan tugas – tugas lain yang diberikan petunjuk oleh operation manager
• Memastikan lingkungan kerja bersih

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal lulusan D3
• Umur maksimal 45 tahun
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama
• Mengerti dan memahami stock opname
• Mampu memimpin divisi kitchen
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam Setting Goal Department
